While the vast majority of empty inkjet cartridges are eligible for credit in this unique program, there are cartridges that will not generate any cash value to you or your organization.

Generally, those cartridges with "integrated print heads" as shown below are most likely to be eligible, while cartridges of the ink tank variety are not.

Only those eligible cartridges received in working condition will generate cash payment -- another important reason to pay special attention to our packing guidelines.

In addition to receiving the cartridges in working condition, they must not have ever been "remanufactured". Generally, you can tell if a cartridge has been remanufactured by the presence of "Recycled" or "Remanufactured" or non-brand name label, along with signs of holes drilled into the cartridges.
